After traveling and working in agriculture, Jean Claude Roux settled in the family farm, in the Central Loire region. He first produced cereals and was also raising sheeps.
Then, with the support of his wife he started his own vineyard in Quicy with a couple of acres. 1995 was their first vintage and it was immediatly rewarded by the press.
Today, the Estate is run by Albin, their son and they expended the Domaine to 18 acres in Quincy and 8 acres in Chateaumeillant.
