With 20+ years of expertise, Stan has built a strong reputation for bringing exceptional French wines to the world while building lasting relationships with growers and clients.

He began his career in Dublin, gaining a solid foundation in hospitality and fine wines at a five-star hotel and a large wine shop. After several years in France’s beer industry, he spent six years in the United States as National Sales Director for a leading wine broker before returning to France to found Jubilee Wine Selection in 2019. Stan enjoys discovering hidden gems from lesser-known producers and believes there is always a good moment to open a bottle.

Outside of the office, Stan spends as much time as he can with his wife and four kids, often out on the boat.

Driven by a love for great wine and a healthy dose of wanderlust, Stéphane brings 12+ years of experience and passion across the wine world, from guide to brand ambassador and now Export Manager at Jubilee Wine Selection.

Always ready to jump on a plane and plan the next trip, Stéphane enjoys connecting with people around the world and sharing bottles that bring everyone to the table, especially when a proper food pairing is involved.

Born and raised in bourbon country, Abigail cut her teeth in the spirits industry at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. She then ventured west to Seattle, Washington and worked as Marketing Manager at Copperworks Distilling, eventually trading barrels for bubbles as Tasting Room Manager at fatcork, a bottle shop specialized in grower Champagne.

With her French husband and well-traveled cat by her side, Abigail returned to France and joined the Jubilee team in early 2026. In this new chapter (she previously studied in Paris and taught English in Normandy) she brings her Franco-American sensibility and deep appreciation for terroir-driven libations.

Ombeline’s journey runs from international business school in La Rochelle to an exchange program in Prague to Paris, where she recently completed her Master’s in Wine & Spirits Management.

One of her best wine memories yet involves a trip to a vineyard in Tuscany, where she was greeted by the manager, an 80-year-old woman, who prepared an exceptional lunch accompanied by her wines. It was an authentic and warm experience, and probably the most beautiful tasting she’s ever experienced.

Now back in her hometown of Vannes, Ombeline joined the Jubliee team in early 2026. Outside of the office, she enjoys swimming and sailing, true to her Breton roots.
